How much notice do you need to book the picnic?
We require at least 72 hours notice so we can provide the best picnic experience for you. However, we can get fully booked - especially on weekends. The more notice you can give, the better!
Is alcohol allowed?
It is the responsibility of the client to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for one of our picnics. We do not offer alcoholic beverages and are not held responsible for those who bring those items to their picnics.
How do I pick a location?
We can accommodate both indoor and outdoor picnic locations! While we will do our best to accommodate your location request, we ask that locations are 50 yards from vehicle access. We can not guarantee a specific spot however we have locations that are usually available.
Ask about our Preferred Venue List! There will be a travel fee for locations outside of the LC Valley.
Are food and drinks provided?
At this time we are not able to offer food or drinks, but we are happy to provide recommendations to other small businesses for food/drinks.
What if we have bad weather?
Local weather can be crazy. That said, we can always move your picnic to an indoor or covered location! If not, we are happy to reschedule you for another date within 6 months at no additional cost.
Can we leave the picnic whenever we want?
If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged 2 hour picnic time, please text or call us at least 30 minutes prior. You are responsible for all items until we are able to return to the location.
What is your Cancellation/Refund Policy?
Notice must be provided no less than 24 hours in advance and the rescheduled date is subject to availability. Please note that if the distance to the new location is significantly further from our base than the original location, additional travel fees may be incurred. There are no cancellation charges for rescheduling your picnic. You have up to 6 months to reschedule
Wild Rose Picnic Co does not offer refunds once payment has been received. If We have cancelled Your Picnic Package for any reason, with less than twelve (12) hours advance notice, we shall refund any payment already received.
Refunds will not be offered in the event of inclement weather as other bookings will have been turned away to service your picnic event. If there’s bad weather in the forecast we will contact you two days before the picnic and offer you to reschedule, or we will offer a home set up. Travel fees might apply depending on the distance.
Can I gift a picnic?
Yes! We sell gift certificates so you may surprise someone with a picnic.
What if we break something?
We are happy to clean up after you, that’s part of our service! However, if there is irreparable damage to our equipment, then an additional fee will apply.
Smoking?
Smoking is not permitted on or near the property of Wild Rose Picnic Co.
Red Wine?
Red wine or other staining product spillages or stains on any furniture or décor items may incur additional cleaning fees.
Lighting of candles, fires?
With the exception of battery-powered candles, no candles, fires or other flammable properties are to be lit during the booking.
